So I've seen this same information on several websites about some train tracks in Bossier:
Near a curve in the railroad tracks inside the city limits of Bossier City, ghostly cries and screams can be heard. The story is a young mother and several of her small children were hit by a train years ago when her vehicle stalled on the tracks. The spine tingling cries can be heard between 10:30 and 11:30pm on certain nights. Even hard core railroad men avoid this area at night. My husband won't go near the area at night again, because he has experienced the fright several times while working.
Does anyone actually know where this part of the railroad tracks are? I've looked at a map of Bossier and seen no actual curved part of the tracks.

I used to live in Shreveport but moved to North Carolina a few years back. If you follow Benton Road out from the city, it parallels the tracks and there are a few curves and unmarked crossings in it. The steepest curve seems to be near the intersection of Benton and Shed Roads. You may have already knew this but I just thought it might be a decent starting place to suggest.
